Refund / Return Policy

At Gratiq, all products are made-to-order using print-on-demand services. Each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Minor color variations caused by screen display differences

  • Normal wear and tear

Because each product is custom-made, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The print is incorrect

  • You receive the wrong item or size

 

How to Report an Issue

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping is not applicable for made-to-order products.

  • Customers are not required to send items back

  • Physical returns are not accepted

Since every item is printed specifically for each order, returned products cannot be resold. If your claim is approved, a replacement will be shipped free of charge.
