At Gratiq, all products are made to order using print-on-demand services. Please read the policy before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Wrong size chosen by the customer

Change of mind after ordering

Slight color differences due to screen settings

Normal wear and tear
Since each item is made specially for you, we cannot resell returned products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will replace or refund your order if:

The product is damaged

The print is incorrect

You receive the wrong item or size
To report an issue:

Email us within 48 hours of delivery

Send your order number and clear photos

Once verified, we’ll take care of it at no extra cost.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Shipping

Return shipping is not applicable for made-to-order items
👉 Customers do NOT need to send the product back
👉 We do NOT accept physical returns
Because in POD (Print-on-Demand):
Each item is printed only after an order is placed
Returned items cannot be resold
Shipping it back serves no purpose
Replacement products are shipped free of charge
