Refund policy

At Gratiq, all products are made to order using print-on-demand services. Please read the policy before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Slight color differences due to screen settings

  • Normal wear and tear

Since each item is made specially for you, we cannot resell returned products.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The print is incorrect

  • You receive the wrong item or size

 

To report an issue:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send your order number and clear photos

  • Contact: gratiqofficial@gmail.com

Once verified, we’ll take care of it at no extra cost.

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

 

Shipping

  • Return shipping is not applicable for made-to-order items

👉 Customers do NOT need to send the product back

👉 We do NOT accept physical returns

Because in POD (Print-on-Demand):

  • Each item is printed only after an order is placed

  • Returned items cannot be resold

  • Shipping it back serves no purpose

Replacement products are shipped free of charge
